Connie
Retired nurse and mother to two daughters in their fabulous 50's . On her 80th birthday she took pictures with her husband in a beautiful flying dress. She posted it on a travel Facebook page that went viral with over 40,000 likes and thousands of comments thus inspiring this blog. Connie continues to travel all over the world and stays active. Her passions are self-care, wellness and adventurous travel. Her goal is to share her life experiences and professional knowledge to help women age 50 and beyond stay young, healthy and happy.
Randi
Mother of three sons and one daughter. A family nurse practitioner with over 30 years experience in health care. Inspired by her mother Connie's outlook on life, her confidence and unconditional love for her family Randi created a blog to show other's what Connie has taught and continues to teach her and her sister. Discouraged by transitioning into her 50's she became determined to make her 50's fabulous. Her goal is sharing her medical knowledge and journey of self improvement to help her and women 50 and beyond live active and healthy lives.
